In connection with the products and services offered by or through Pathfinder AI Inc. ("Company"), Company and its bank partner Column N.A., and their respective affiliates, service providers, successors and assignees (individually and collectively, "us," "we" or "our") may need to provide you with certain communications, notices, agreements, account statements, privacy policy, disclosures, or other communications ("Communications") regarding such services in writing.
The words "you" and "your" means each applicant, account owner and anyone else who consents to this Consent.
By consenting to this Electronic Consent Agreement ("Agreement") you acknowledge and consent to the following terms regarding the electronic delivery of Communications, as well as the use of electronic signatures in our transactions with you. Your consent to this Agreement confirms your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically from us, rather than in paper form.
You agree that we may provide you any Communications in electronic format. Your consent to receive electronic Communications includes, but is not limited to, the following:
You agree that all Communications provided to you in electronic form by us will be considered "in writing". You should print or download for your records a copy of this Consent and any other Communications you wish to retain.
You also consent to use electronic signatures in lieu of handwritten signatures for signing any agreements or documents related to our services.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at the number on the back of your card or by emailing support@pathfindercard.com. However, the services are intended only for use by person(s) who are willing and able to receive Communications electronically and withdrawing your consent will result in the closure of your account, as the electronic delivery of Communications is integral to our services.

By consenting to this Agreement, you confirm that the electronic device you use to access the services meets the minimum specifications and requirements outlined above.
You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by contacting us at support@pathfindercard.com. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the production and mailing of paper copies of any Communication.
It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information up to date. You must promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information.
We may revise and update this Electronic Consent Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion. To the extent required by law, you will be notified of any changes that may impact your ability to access or retain Communications. Unless advance notice is required by applicable law, all changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your reaffirmation of this Consent.
Your electronic consent carries the same legal weight as if you had signed with a handwritten signature, provided or made available a paper copy, or another traditional method. You agree not to contest the legally binding nature, validity, or enforceability of any obligation agreed upon or document signed electronically on the grounds that it was signed electronically.
This Electronic Consent Agreement supplements and is to be construed in accordance with the terms contained in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other agreements you enter into with the Company or Column N.A.
